Terms of Agreement

1. 24 hours minimum notice of ordering buffets is required (Although short notice bookings can be made but not guaranteed)
2. 24 hours minimum notice is required when canceling a buffet. Full costs will be invoiced if cancellation is less than 24 hours.
3. Delivery is free within a 1 mile radius of Cheltenham town centre. Orders less than £10.00 in cost or outside radius will incur delivery charge.
4. All buffets are presented on platters, trays, plates, etc these are returnable – charges will be made for missing items.
5. Orders must be placed by phone or fax and confirmation must be received by Upper Crust and booking party in order to guarantee booking.
6. Buffets do not include paper plates or napkins these must be ordered.
7. If catering equipment is required, for example, china plates and cups, full costs of hire charge will be invoiced. Including missing or broken items.
8. All buffets items are subject to availability and Upper Crust reserves the right to substitute items where necessary. Upper Crust makes every effort to deliver by the times requested but is subject to vagaries of traffic and unavoidable delays. Therefore delivery times can not be guaranteed. Whenever possible we will advise customers of delays.
